- Complete this form to request temporary access for your SAX devices while traveling internationally.
- Please submit at least 2-3 business days before your departure.
- Access can not be granted if travel has not been pre-approved by HR. This is a completely automated process that relies on SAX HR approving your submission.
- Any attempts to access SAX resources without prior approval will not work and will result in your SAX account credentials being revoked and account disabled until you return.
- Please note, IT can not approve travel requests and all communications regarding travel outside of this form must be facilitated through HR.
- It is important that if you wish to utilize SAX resources (Email/VPN/Laptop/Data) while traveling internationally that you provide enough notice to HR to be able to review.
